Alliance for Nonprofit Management
Resource for and listing of management support organizations (MSO’s), individual professionals and a range of national, regional, umbrella, research and academic, publishing and philanthropic organizations that provide technical assistance (training and consulting) to nonprofits.

Association of Fundraising Professionals
Formerly known as the National Association of Fundraising Executives, this is the website of the largest association of charity fundraisers. A member organization, AFP has a chapter in the Permian Basin. Contact information for the chapter can be found on their link menu along wioth jobs, conferences, a resource center and search sites. AFP offers an online course on Fundraising.

BoardSource
Formerly the National Center for Nonprofit Boards. Started in 1988, this 501c3 was formed to increase the effectiveness of nonprofit boards. The world’s largest publisher of materials on nonprofit governance including print, video and audiotapes. Offers workshops, a Q&A forum and consultant services. Convenes the national Leadership Forum annually. Members receive extras.

Independent Sector
A coalition of nonprofits, foundations and corporate giving programs with a mission to strengthen the nonprofit sector. Access to free research publications, educational news in public policy arena, a newsroom and research service links. Members receive extras.

Nonprofit Benefits Association of Texas
The Nonprofit Benefits Association of Texas has been formed to provide affordable healthcare benefit programs to Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Key offerings include Medical Indemnity Insurance (health), dental and vision, Short-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer and Life coverage opportunities. Partnerships for this program include: SWBC, USNow, Dental Select and Colonial Supplemental Insurance. It is a program designed to “Serve Those Who Serve” in an effort to attract and retain good employees.

Permian Basin Area Foundation

Texas Association of Nonprofit Organizations

Texas Nonprofit Management Assistance Network

A project of the Beretta Foundation, this website showcases nonprofits and nonprofit resources and issues in Texas.

Texas Serve
This site is managed by the Charles A. Dana Center at the University of Texas, Austin for Texas communities on Volunteers and Community Service to strengthen volunteer groups in Texas. The Foundation Center
Founded in 1956, this site is an online source of information on foundations and philanthropy. It is the owner of the Cooperative Collections Library service and offered educational programs; a search zone; a virtual classroom; and resource and training schedules.

The Peter F. Drucker Foundation of Nonprofit Management
